We are a leading hospitality/recreational organization in Lagos and constantly on the lookout for great talents who will work with us in leading the execution of strategic transformation initiatives to maintain sustained growth, profitability and our position as a market leader in the hospitality industry.

We are looking for candidates to fill the following roles:

• CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER

Qualification
– A first degree or its equivalent in Sociology and any other discipline in the Humanities or Social Sciences
– Proven security trainings or security background

Experience
– Trained retired Major of the Nigerian Army or equivalent
– Minimum of 10 years post qualification working experience in similar role, 5 years of which must be at a senior level.
– Experience in incident reporting, incident mapping, intelligence collation and analysis, as well as security assessments and reporting
– Security professional with a proven management experience within the security industry, the public sector and armed forces

• FACILITY MANAGER
Qualification
– University degree or its equivalent in Facilities Management, Project Management or Engineering.
– A Master’s Degree in related field will be an added advantage
– International Facility Management Association (IFMA), British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM), Project Management Institute (PMI), etc.

Experience
– Minimum of seven (7) years relevant experience in Maintenance, with at least four (4) years managerial experience in Facilities Management.

• ICT MANAGER
Qualification
– A first degree (or equivalent) and/or a higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or any related field
– An understanding of social media operations and implementation
– An understanding of cloud technology (advantage)
– Professional membership of relevant local and/or international associations such as MSCE, CCNA, etc.
– Certifications in Programme /Project Management, Networking, Switching (e.g. CWNP, CISA, MCITP, MCTS, CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, PMP) will be an added advantage
Experience
– Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in ICT management including across-board knowledge of computer hardware , computer hardware, and project management
– Knowledge and working experience with public and private sector environment
– Demonstrable Leadership skills
– People management skills

• PROJECT OFFICER
Qualification
– University degree or its equivalent in Facilities Management, Project Management or Engineering.
– A Master’s Degree in related field will be an added advantage
– Preferred Professional Qualification: Project Management Institute (PMI)’s PMP / PRINCE2 etc.
Experience
– Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in Project Management, with at least one (1) year managerial experience in Estate / Facilities Management.

• HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER
Qualification
– Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and occupational safety or any related course.
– Masters’ degree in Health Science and Occupational Safety (MSC) is an added advantage.
– Relevant professional qualifications.
Experience
– At least 3 years recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
– Qualified or working towards HACCP and environmental Certifications.

• EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Qualification
– University degree or its equivalent in Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline
– A Master’s Degree in related field will be an added advantage
Experience
– Proven at least three (3) experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
– Candidate must be versed in Desktop Publishing and general computer usage

• AUDIT ASSISTANT
Qualification
– University degree or its equivalent in Accounting
– A Master’s Degree in related field will be an added advantage
– Qualified or working towards: ICAN, ACCA
Experience
– Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in auditing

• PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Qualification
– Must be a Graduate with 2.2 minimum
– A Master’s Degree in related field will be an added advantage

Experience
– A polished professional with significant experience (minimum 3 years) supporting a senior executive/senior management, good command of English, high proficiency in Computer Literacy, great personality
– Has excellent verbal and superior writing and report presentation skills.
– Has a strong proficiency with Calendars, Document management and Spreadsheets.
– Can plan and conduct complex and sensitive administrative and operational duties.
– Can organize and prioritize work and meet critical deadlines.
