Job Details
- Involvement in the Development of the organizational HR strategy in compliance with Company group strategy.
- Monitor Staff maters and make proper weekly and monthly reports for the group
- Monitor Attrition rate and report strategy to stem it.
- Development of Knowledge Transfer Strategy for building, retaining and developing in house
- Development of the recruitment & selection process that include: Cost effective Appointment /Confirmation / Termination / Resignation
