Position Title: Sales Executive-( Luxury homes for sell, mortgage or renting, luxury apartments facility management)

Duties
• Present, promote and sell Company’s products and services to existing and prospective customers
• Help in improving Company’s brands awareness
• Ensure prompt delivery of Company’s products and services as soon as deal are sealed.
• Liaise with projects mgt team for follow up on after sales activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze the markets potential, track sales and status reports
• Prepare written reports of sales activities including sales orders, backlog, forecast, lost sales.

Competencies
 Strong products knowledge and market awareness
 Strong negotiation and convincing skills
 Excellent customer-service skills
 Strong knowledge on various competitors’ products
 Excellent networking skills

Minimum Requirement
 Degree in any field.
 Min 3-5 years of experience in the sales from Real Estate, banks or insurance company.
